It’s #WineWednesday – Fun Fact 3


According to an article from Cosmopolitan online, drinking wine can help us lose weight/maintain weight loss if we have roughly one glass of red a day.

Forget an apple a day to keep the doctors away, grab that glass of pinot noir instead!

An interesting fact I may have mentioned something similar before but thought I’d remind us all again… Enjoy! 🙂
