Animal Parks/City Farms
Time: vary – see websites below
Price: FREE
Why not treat the kids to an active day out this Easter and see some live chickens, ducks, sheeps and much more.
My top 3 favourite local farms are:
- Mudchute Park & Farm (Isle of Dogs)
- Maryon Wilson Animal Park (Charlton)
- Surrey Docks City Farm (Surrey Quays/Canada Water)
Most of the farms have free small animal petting sessions throughout the day but double check first with the farm for timings as it’ll vary from farm to farm.

Whatever you decide to do this Easter, make sure you have a good one! 🙂
