Are you finding it hard to look for CGM Approved haircare in the UK? There’s so much more advice online now about where you can go to buy your curly girl products ranging from supermarkets to online stores. Here’s a list of all the products I’ve located which range from cost-effective to costly. I will be going through the list to add on small descriptions of each product soon to make it more helpful for you when searching a product.
Please note, this list is a work-in-progress. I will be doing my best to update it. If you have any Curly Girl Approved product recommendations that are not on this list, please let me know in the comments. x
£ = cheap as chips
££ = splashing out a little
£££ = going all out
££££ = breaking the bank
Deep Conditioning Treatments / Hair Masks:
Soufflés, Whips, Lotions
Note: This list is suitable for all wavy 2A, 2B and 2C hair as well as curly and coily hair types (3A – 4C) who are starting out or following the Curly Girl Method. Please also do research which CG Approved products listed above works best for your hair type and take into consideration your hair density and porosity.
There are a lot of products that I love which haven’t made it onto the list because they contained one or two ingredients that Curlsbot doesn’t deem as “CG-approved” so I’ve not included them. If you’d like to see what my favourites are, you can check them out on my updated wavy 2a hair routine post and scroll to the end.
