Yoga Babies event, Richmond Literature Festival

I will be co-hosting alongside the wonderfully talented illustrator Sheena Dempsey for her fabulous book with Fearne Cotton, Yoga Babies at the Richmond Literature Festival this November. I will be leading a calming parent and toddler yoga session whilst Sheena will be reading from the Yoga Babies book and drawing beautiful characters. The session is aimed at children aged 1-3 years.
